Who this app is for

Popper Assistant is a private personal assistant used only by its owner. It is not offered to the public, and no other person's Google account is connected to it.

Google data the app accesses

• Google Calendar (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar): read events, and create, update or delete events when the owner asks.
• Gmail, read-only (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly): read messages and labels to search and summarise email for the owner. The app cannot send, delete or modify email.

How the data is used

Calendar and Gmail data is used only to answer the owner's own requests, such as "what is on my calendar tomorrow" or "summarise today's unread email". It is not used for advertising, profiling, or training AI models, and it is not sold.

Where the data goes

• The OAuth token is stored on the owner's private server with access restricted to the owner's account.
• To answer a request, the relevant calendar or email content is sent to the AI model provider that runs the assistant (for example Anthropic). It is sent only for that request.
• The data is not shared with anyone else, except where required by law.

Retention and deletion

Email and calendar content is not copied into a separate database. Conversation logs of the assistant may contain short excerpts and are kept on the private server. Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which stops all further access.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Popper Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
